Exam Day #1

Hello :)
I had a blog, but I think that this website is ten times better for blogging so I will continue my blogging here.
I am a SN who has many Faux Pas, which is why I have a blog! To record all of my mess-ups :P A good friend helped me title this blog, and I am grateful, because it is a createful title. I am in my second semester of four and just had my first exam today. I dont think I did so well. But we have 6 exams, 1 final, a math test (made 100 on), and a couple of other little things that all average into our total exam grade.
We had our first PLA (skill learning lecture) today. NG tubes are yucky, but obviously necessary. We learned how to insert and remove the tube without killing the pt. We practiced on our lab dummies, so no worries, no real humans were injured or killed in our learning process.
I have clinicals at Emory this semester so I have to go up there tomorrow to make sure all the paper work is filled out for my orientation at the end of this week.
